I'm a Minneapolis native, currently living in Portland. I've created things for all shapes and sizes, most notably Target, Aveda, Nike and Dr. Marten's. My favorite design mantra is "maximum meaning, minimal means."
Highlights of my career include hand-illustrating typography for a sixty-page photographer's portfolio
and designing an AIGA benefit poster on a whim the night before submission deadline with my partner,
Jamie Patrick Paul, that later earned its place in the 2008 Communication Arts Annual.
I enjoy wearing stripes, traveling to places that intimidate me at first, color palettes that include PMS 172,
frozen yogurt twist cones, my faux wiener dog (Jeeves), and beer paraphernalia with my name on it.
My work has appeared in Communication Arts, Print, HOW and many design blogs. I love what I do.
